Like the memory of a dream (according to
connoisseurs), the ensemble displays an
achromatic evocation that fills with whites, greys
and blacks, but not completely; since it also
contains smooth tonal nuances with the use of inks
or different types of paper. That paper, a material
at the same time suggested and suggestive, guides
us through the exhibition in different forms that
the observer will discover, just as the artist did
before them.
Ultimately, all construction is an individual act,
from the decision to generate all the graphics by
hand (monoprints with designs of automatic lines
on different type of paper) intentionally bypassing
the digital go-betweens present in the artist's
previous works, to the special attention to the
lighting that plays with the shapes and their
shadows, adding highlights, marking the gaps and
completing the spatial composition of the work.
